What happens after I send a brief?
A person on our team reads it and replies within 48 hours on weekdays, usually with a few questions. Once we understand the job, we send a written scope with a price and a timeline. Nothing starts until you've agreed to it.
How much will it cost?
It depends on what you need, so we price each project from its scope rather than from a list. You'll have the price in writing before any work begins, and we hold to it unless you change the scope.
Can we hire you for just one thing?
Yes. Most clients start with one thing, usually a website or an app, and add more later. There's no bundle to buy.
Do you only work in Lagos and Osogbo?
No. We're based in Lagos and Osogbo and work with businesses across Nigeria and abroad. Most projects run over calls, WhatsApp and a preview link you can open on your phone.
Will my staff be able to update the site?
Yes. The websites and systems we build for clients come with an admin for the things that change, such as prices, photos, stock and opening hours, and a plain-English guide to using it.
Do you look after it after launch?
If you want us to. Monthly care plans cover hosting, fixes and small changes, so the team that built it keeps it running.
