A learning business on autopilot.

Behind the brand sits a complete Learning Management System — student accounts and dashboards, a video lesson player with sequential "drip" unlocking, downloadable worksheets, progress tracking, and automatically generated completion certificates. Students sign up, pay, learn, and graduate with no manual admin from the academy.

The Challenge

One brand, two very different programs to sell.

TobiStylx Academy needed more than a website — they needed a platform that could sell two very different programs and run a learning business on autopilot. One audience wanted to learn online at their own pace, from anywhere in the world. The other was a small, premium cohort applying to an intensive in-person residential program with just ten seats.

Serving both from a single brand meant building a high-converting sales experience and a fully automated learning platform — without the academy having to manage enrolments, payments, lessons, or certificates by hand.

The Work

A brand site and a full LMS, built to run themselves.

We designed and built both halves from the academy's own identity. The brand site splits into two clean journeys — a conversion-focused sales page for the 10-seat residential program (scarcity messaging, transparent pricing, and one-tap WhatsApp registration), and a self-service gateway into the online learning platform.

Behind the scenes it's a complete Learning Management System: course catalogue, student dashboards, a video lesson player with sequential drip-unlocking, downloadable worksheets, progress tracking, and auto-generated completion certificates. A self-service admin studio lets the academy create and publish courses, upload media, and manage their own curriculum, while branded automated emails keep students and staff in the loop at every step.
